Hey there bunnies! Gonna write this post to somehow vent my frustrations. Cause as you all know, I'm working at swissbake. The people there are super complicated. Like I don't ever know what they're thinking. Except like 2 people which I can really talk to. Namely Lia and Mee Ting. They're both Chinese. And the rest of the people working there are of another race I'd rather not say. Hold on don't get me wrong okay. I'm not in anyway discriminating them or anything. It's just they're character pisses me off. So every week there would be a schedule. And for a part timer like me, I only work 7hrs a day. As I'm still having my holidays, I would be really free and able to work almost everyday. So yes almost everyday I would work and have schedule. BUT the people there namely Cat, dumbo and Mary (not their real names lol) they have a family to feed so okay I understand that they would want to work more and I'm not there to steal their jobs like dude no. I always work with Mary cause I'm usually doing the closing shift. Lia told me that Mary has been saying that I've not been doing anything while I work. HELLO? Have you not seen me working my ass off? I've been sweeping and mopping the whole dining area together with the inside kitchen and stuff. And I would also clean the cabinets and clear the shelves after we close. If that's not work I don't know what is.
On the other hand, infront of me she acts super chummy and friendly and would always joke around and just really nice. BUT NO SHES MEAN:(. I really didn't believe when lia told me what she said about me. Mee ting has also told me maybe it's because I'm working and they don't get the chance to OT(get extra pay) that's why they are like that. This is super annoying okay. And I just saw the schedule for next week. My name wasn't included. And dumbo is always the one planning the schedule. Mary and dumbo would always talk to each other and stuff but after that, they would talk ill of the other person. It's not even secondary school girls bitching level man. It's like so much worse. I've also felt that dumbo was being bias and whenever I worked with him he would always ask me to do this do that. While I already had other things on hand. Mary and dumbo really do get on my nerves. If you don't want me to work anymore just TELL ME. Not freaking talk behind my back and spreading stuff that ain't true. Sorry for limiting your pay. Apparently they never thought about the fact that if I'm not working they would be short handed and it's only about time another person would come to work and it's the same situation. People in the working society are super selfish. Unbelievably selfish. Super fake at the same time. If you don't want me to work it's okay. I'll quit. The most I'll just find some other job. Like its THAT difficult. In other words 我不稀罕. It's not like I'm super desperate for a job. I just want to earn some extra pocket money that's all. I don't have to freaking put up with this shit. Urgh so annoyed. Anyways I don't know how the schedule will be like eventually. Cause lia told me it isn't confirmed. We'll just have to see. I think it's almost the same everywhere. People just don't like part timers in general. So irritating omg. I'm pretty sure I'll quit sooner or later anyways. So let's see. Hahaha. I'm so sorry for ranting in this blog post but I needed some kind of platform to rant on. Anyways, tomorrow will be a better post I promise. Haha.
