Great day great company!

Hey there bunnies!! Back with another blog post! Today has been quite a long day for me with several errands to run. Met up with Yuen Teng for lunch today at Manhattan fish market to use off the coupons we bought as they were gonna expire after today. After having lunch, Yuen Teng had to go meet up with her cosplay group to get costumes and stuff so she left and I was left alone to fend for myself hahahaha.

Then I just called Margareta out and asked if she wanted to hang out or go shopping cause I had to go to the orchard post office to purchase an envelope and a stamp for one of our carousell shop customer, and also to mail it out! So Margareta and I decided to just meet at Ion and start our little retail therapy hahaah. I'll say we really did enjoy our little spree today haha.

One errand down (mailing of the parcel), one more left! Which was to collect my Super Show 6 tickets!!!! (Super Junior's concert) I had to collect from this lady that helped me and Amelia get good seats for the concert hehe! Also, I really have to thank her because she waited for me despite me running late (FOREVER) and her missing her last bus to MDIS to meet a friend. THANK YOU SO MUCH! And so sorry for the trouble!!

I guess this is it for today! Sorry its so short but I'll be back with a better post!

Much love,
Rach xoxo

Another birthday affair!...

Hey there bunnies! I'm back with another post!! Today is Pearlie's 17th birthday!!! So, per usual, the girls and I decided to celebrate with her!!

Before that, in the morning I finally went to service my phone. Like FINALLY!! Then again, MONEY FLY. Because firstly, the repair of the screen already costs me $398. Like that's not enough, the lady told me that it's not confirmed that they would repair my screen. The reason for that is because, they have to check to see if there is any other hardware or software problems. If there are, they would reject repairing my phone and just automatically give me a new phone. However, that does not come free so IF they were to give me a new phone, I'll have to top up another $152 on top of the $398 that I've already paid for. Also, they couldn't tell me there and then because they needed to send my phone to the apple service centre for the repair. That also means I've to wait 3-5days for my phone to be reunited with me haha. Thank god I've not sold my iphone5 or I wouldn't have any phone to use. So yes, I'm currently using my iphone5 and I've no idea if my screen will be repaired. I really hope they would just repair the screen or I'd have to spend $550 IN TOTAL for my phone. OMG. That's like horrible when I'm a freaking poor girl who works and earns peanuts. $550 is like totally wiping all my work money of the past month or so... CRY.

After settling my phone issue, I went to meet CuiWen at Plaza Singapura to get balloons again!! HAHAH. Yes I know, we're forever getting balloons but its a birthday! So yes, balloons are mandatory. After getting the balloons, we went on to meet Pearlie at West Gate. We surprised her (well kinda..) while she was waiting for us to arrive haha. Since all of us were starving, we decided to have lunch and decided to go with this Korean restaurant, 'Yoogane' which served authentic Korean chicken galbi. We ordered chicken bulgogi cheese fried rice which was like super good not even kidding and also spicy dokbokki. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures to show as we were hungry and ya, most of it was gone before we knew it hahahaha. We stayed at the restaurant for a horribly long time cause we took quite some time to finish eating and we were waiting for Jazreel to come from school.

Once Jazreel came, we still stayed there for a while before moving off to have our dessert hahaha. We went have patbingu!!! It was super good like AWESOME! First we ordered the oreo bingsu then it was like the best thing ever so we ordered another one, the matcha bingsu. Amazeballs. Surely will go back for more!!(: After having our fair share of food, we went on to the 'roof' of Jcube to have our little 'photo shoot' HAHAHA. Well, girls being girls. photos down below!(:

Hopefully, Pearlie enjoyed her day today and happy with all that good food that we ate today. WHICH WAS A LOT. HAHA. Happy 17th Pearlie!! Wishing you all the best, see you soon and love you!!!(:

Till next time!! Thanks for reading bunnies!<3
PS: I'm sorry I didn't add filters for most pictures cause I'm horribly tired. Anyways, Goodnight!(:

Much love,
Rach xoxo

A day full of fond memories.

Hey there bunnies! Back! This post is going to be about my day yesterday, 26th March Thursday 2015. A long day for me but also a day to be remembered.

In the morning, my mum and I decided to go to the Parliament House to give our last respects and to say our last goodbye to our first prime minister, founding father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew. I'll have to say that was the most meaningful thing I've done in the 16+ years of my life. There were so many other people queuing along side my mum and I. It was really nice to see Singaporeans taking out the time to actually stand under the sun in the heat for hours just for that few minutes we would get to say our last goodbyes to Mr Lee. This just shows how much respect us Singaporeans have towards him. To many of us he wasn't just a prime minister, he WAS Singapore. Without Mr Lee Kuan Yew, we would never have the chance to see Singapore in the same state she is in now. He was the one who believed in Singapore even though we had no natural resources just land and a whole bunch of people. He was the one who transformed Singapore from a third world country to a first world country in less than 50 years. 50 years ago he wept for our independence and now, 50 years later us, the citizens of Singapore shall weep for you. Mr Lee Kuan Yew, never did anything to benefit himself but only did things that would benefit Singapore. There will not be another man like him. There will also not be another leader like him. I would just like to thank him for all that he has sacrificed for us. Mr Lee Kuan Yew 1923-2015.

Although my mum and I didn't have to queue for long, around 2+hours, I must say I really respect and salute those whom have queued for 8-10hours later in the afternoon. It is really an experience once in a lifetime and I do not regret that decision and those tears I shed there. Also, Jia You to all those who are right there right now at the Padang queuing.

On the other hand, later in the afternoon was another gathering of the primary school friends!! HAHA. We love each other too much as to meet again just after 4 days. We had loads of laughter, fun, huge amounts of cold jokes and most importantly, we enjoyed each other's company. We chose a better movie this time, 'Home' the cartoon. I'll say it was quite a good movie and love the sountract I must say. After the movie, Vanessa, QiLe, Ivan and I went on some rampage man. hahaa right after exiting our cinema, we went straight into another cinema. It was showing 'Ah Boys To Men 3' and we just sat there for a while then we went on to explore other halls. So, in total we saw 13 movies hahahahahaha. We never really stayed till the end of any other movie and just left but that was one experience never to be forgotten hahaha. And it was time to go home. This blog post is getting a little too long so I'm gonna end it here with some pictures. Thank you all for reading my blog although its nothing much. Thankful for every single one of you! hehe goodnight love you all!

Much love,
Rach xoxo

Surprise surprise!

Hello bunnies! I'm back! Gonna be quite a long blog post so I'll just let you know before hand. So today is one of my best friend, Jazreel's birthday!!!! wheeehoooo! We've been friends for 11 years OMG right hahaha we met each other in primary 1 and have been best friends ever since((: And so, the rest of us decided to plan a little surprise for her. Just saying, this whole surprise thing wasn't planned really well but I must say I'm quite happy at how it turned out hahaha. Okay so this is what happened today 24th March 2015.

In our clique, there are 6 of us so since it was Jazreel's birthday, the 5 of us decided to surprise her. All of us got our individual presents and what not so we decided to just get a box and place everything inside. Pearlie, Cuiwen and I were supposed to meet at 1pm but knowing me, I'm FOREVER late. Due to the fact that I woke up at around 10am and fell back asleep till 12:30pm <--- wonderful Rachel. I was also supposed to go to Ikea to purchase the box (thanks for the help nicole!) So obviously I was unable to meet them at 1pm. So I told them to just go to Plaza Singapura first (as we had to get the balloons there) that way I wasn't too stressed up trying not to be so late meeting them hahaha. After I got the box, I had to fold it first or the huge cardboard would be in  danger and would be in horrible state as soon as I reach Plaza Singapura. I took a while to fold the box and then I was on my way to meet the girls!

I took SUPER long to reach and I feel super bad but well they're used to it HAHAHAH. I met them directly at Spotlight and was choosing all the different balloons we hope Jazreel would like and 99% of the balloons were green as duh, her favourite colour haha. After choosing and all, we decided to pay. THEN AT THAT MOMENT, the lady at the counter told us that we had to pay for the balloons AND the inflation of the balloon... (like we had to pay for the helium in a way) We were like "Whut... you kidding right.." But no, she wasn't and we chose those kind of foil numerical balloons '17' (due to obvious reasons) and when she totalled everything, it was $99.something. 3 of us were like :O :O :O. HORRIBLE. $99 FOR BALLOONS YOU KIDDING ME?! Hold on, FYI, we only chose like 13 balloons in total inclusive of the '17' foil balloons so yes, the inflation of the '17' cost a FREAKING BOMB. We decided not to get the '17' as we are poor kids and $99 for balloons is literally insane. Moving on, in the end we got a few green balloons and a pink Disney princess foil balloon (inside joke).

After settling the balloon problem, we went to daiso to get some stuffing for the box as it was quite a big box. Oh and midway through, MinYi came to join us haha. When we were done, we made our way to leave Plaza Singapura. Then we realized that the Istana was right beside so we decided to go pay our respects to the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew. There were quite a lot of people queuing up to write their wishes for Mr Lee and to thank him for everything he has done. Let me just take a second to emphasize how much that touched me. Especially with all the flowers around, people crying but what really touched me was seeing a father and his little girl standing right in front of a picture of Mr Lee and seeing the father explaining to his daughter what this situation was and what a great man Mr Lee was. That scene just melted my heart. Okay, back, we took turns taking care of the balloons because it was super inappropriate to queue up with a bunch of balloons. After everyone has finished with paying our respects, we left for Jurong Point to meet Kahying and for me to meet Jazreel.

Side track, the reason why I said 'and for me to meet jazreel' is because we all lied to her. Saying that the rest of them weren't free to meet her and only I could since both Jazreel and I promised each other when we were still in seconday school to spend our birthdays together(: And that's why I was meeting her. So the plan was that I meet Jazreel at Jurong Point while the rest of them make their way to her house (we collaborated with her mum before hand haha) to wait for her. When I finally met Jazreel, I told the rest that they could start moving off from where they were hiding (in case Jazreel sees them. and in their case, they hid in NTUC hahahahahaah) While they were making their way to her house, Jazreel and I went to eat some Hong Kong dessert, mango sago mmmm(: HAHA. When we were eating our desserts I was thinking how on earth can I get Jazreel to go home right after this.. And  came up with a plan hahaha I texted pearlie to tell Jazreel's mum to get Jazreel to go back ASAP. She did! She called Jazreel immediately and told her to go home straight away also, because before that I told Jazreel that I was free the whole day and could spend the whole day with her so she automatically invited me to go to her house hahahaha. Thank god she did or I wouldn't know how on earth to get her to let me go to her house without suspecting anything was up.

We left Jurong Point and was on the way to her house! Jazreel had NO IDEA man. hahaha Once we reached, the girls were long hiding in Jazreel's brother's room just waiting for the chance to surprise her. They even hid their shoes in the storeroom so she wouldn't see them when she came home. HAHAHA. When it was time, they all exited the room and started singing happy birthday to Jazreel. I was a little surprised myself haha cause 5 people came out of the room.. HuiShan appeared! HAHA They said it was because they coincidentally saw her and invited her along for the surprise! hahahaha. Also, there was kinda a problem but I shall leave that out HAHAHAH. Her face was like "OMFG". She was super shocked and didn't suspect/expected anything hehehehe. And so, we just sat around, ate cake (we bought at Jurong Point while waiting for Jazreel to arrive) and just talked. We had so much fun, also if you added me on snapchat you'd have seen the video of Jazreel playing with helium HAHAHAHA. That was SUPER FUNNY we all died. Before we knew it, it was already 9pm+ so we decided to leave and let her have her own family celebration(:

Hopefully she enjoyed her day and yay to the fact that our surprise was successful!!! Also, once again happy birthday Jazreel, heres to more years of friendship!<3 Love you!!
