Only after graduating from secondary school then did I realize how many memories were made. All those years of going to watch the basketball matches for queenscup with Yuen Teng to support Dillon, Nolgene and Lian Tong. Even studying Geography during the matches. And those really retarded projects that we had to do for Chinese during our holidays. Also, secondary school camps!!! Always so much fun with your bunch of close friends. They say the friends you make in secondary school are usually the ones who stick by you all the way. I guess that's true. Experiencing the 4 awkward years together getting to know yourself and your friends better and just learning as we go. Been through so many awkward situations together, done just so many things that we'll hold dear to our hearts. We literally grew up together.
When I entered secondary school I always thought primary school would always be the best. But now, when I look back, secondary school holds more memories, more experiences and primary school was just 6 years with loads of fun. I guess secondary school was more fun due to the fact that all of us were kinda going through puberty and having those awkward years. I still remember in secondary 2 towards the end of the year, the guys in class started breaking their voices hahaha. With occasional squeaks and weird noises. It was too funny to forget. Then we had our December holidays and when we came back to school for sec3, all of them shot up in height. I was literally like OMG what did they do. In less than 2 months, they grew so much. From being a little shorter or almost the same height to being 1-2 heads taller.
It has been a sweet-sour hell of a ride for 4 years. I have to admit I didn't enjoy all of it but I'm glad I only remember the good times we had. The teachers in secondary school were always so caring and would always be there if you needed them. They would also be more than willing to give consultations to clear our doubts even on the weekends. All of us basically took all that for granted. I must say, we were really blessed to have such caring teachers. (Okay maybe not all of them, but you get it) haha. For some reason, Valentines was also a fun day in maybe sec3&4 when everyone would bake for each other, write letters to each other and aww we were so cute haha. Even the Kpop craze was real back then. Every girl was literally obsessed. I remember my Sec1 class being decorated with Kpop pictures and the the other girls from other classes would always pop by to look at those pictures haha.
I was just randomly thinking about secondary school and the idea of this blog post came up so here it is! haha. I'll never forget those fun times in secondary school and hopefully all of us will get to meet each other soon?

It's been quite sometime since we all saw each other and hopefully we'll get to meet up this coming June holidays!! Hope you've all been well in school especially the 2 uniform kids. Continue working hard okay! Pretty sure we'll make it out alive although we're all complaining now. We've been through a lot together and I am extremely thankful for that. From having crushes to eye candies to all sorts of nonsense, getting into trouble together and even sleeping in class together haha. I miss you girls loads<3 Meet up soon alright!!(:
