Rachel Lui: FOREVER NDC3, RALTS!

HELLO MY BELOVED BUNNIES!!!!<3 Hope you've had a wonderful National Day!!!(: So yes, yesterday 9th August was Singapore's 48th BIRTHDAY!!(: And I was having my LAST Ndp event;'( I'M SO SAD RIGHT NOWD'; (totally having withdrawal syndrome;'( ) So before duty, Me, Dillon, Dalvin, Leon, Sze Teng and Chee Kian aka, Ken met for breakfast at Mcdonals. We were supposed to meet at 9AM but all of us were late hahaha. But Leon was the earliest reaching at around 9:05 and me at 9:10am HAHA. Okay so we had breakfast and stuff and Dillon decided to do the "experiment" to Ken HAHAHAH. Sorry Ken!!:P (inside joke hehe) OHYEAH! While waiting for the rest to come for breakfast, Chanel (our leader) came down to.. hmm I have no idea why she came down.. but she did hahahaha. and when she left she hit my headdddD; CHANEEEEELLLL!!! 痛啊!! HAHA. I know you're reading this Chanel(: PAIN AH! HAHA. Okay back. After breakfast we went to assemble in the warehouse @ scape. Where we signed in and stuff and finally got to see our wonderful leaders;D I swear our group was the most enthusiastic and most 'high' groupXD We just started playing games in a circle when almost everyone was here. While other groups were just sitting around using their phones haha. WOOHOO NDC3!!(: We played dare or double dare Rebecca got it and she double dared it so the next person who got it was Yi Xuan. So they went over to the Merlion sculpture and shouted "I'm as pretty as the Merlion" HAHAH Next was Ken HAHAHA. He had to go over to the remaining shredded pieces of cardboard and just start randomly throwing them in the air!;D OMG HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA THAT WAS THE FUNNIEST THING THAT HAPPENED THAT DAY MAN HAHAHAHAHAH. Then we had a talk from Mr Raymond and after that was back to the games!! After a few games, it was lunch!!! WE HAD SAKAE SUSHI FOR LUNCH:D But the ironic part was that we didn't get any sushi HAHA. O'well its fine we had bentos. After lunch we had to depart to our stations for the amazing race!! I was with Shi Ying at the 'we are Singaporeans' station we were suppose to be outside mandarin gallery but it started to rain and so we had to move to scape's 5th level. Btw, there were so may dance groups there and they dance so well man OMG:O I was literally staring at this dance group the whole time I was there HAHA. Super awesome dancers (Y) Yeah so there were 3 groups participating and they were all sec 2s haha. The first group which went by the same of seekers were soooooo cute!!!!! HAHA. Okay so after the amazing race we had to go to game booths to take over. So me and Sze Teng took over Rebecca and Hui Wen for the Tywo booth it was quite an easy job though haha. The only thing we had to do was clean up after a group goes into the tent. The booth was just about some puzzle thingy yeah it wasn't easy to solve though. HAHA After every 15mins a group would finish their turn and me and Sze teng would have to go in to put everything back into place and there was this box which would be filled with water and at the end of every group, we had to suck out the water from the box and all USING A TUBE MAN A TUBE!!!! But hahaha Sze teng always did that:P After staying at the booth for quite awhile, me and Sze Teng decided to just head down to the playspace and just told the ang mo at the booth we would come whenever he needed us to clean up again. So both of us just went around playing at the different game booths and eating the ice pops and stuff hahaha shhh:X I WANTED COTTON CANDY MAN BUT DIDN'T GET TO GET ANYD; OH and some of my friends came!!!!:D Like Ivan, Qi Ming, Norena, Vanessa, Johannes, Teddy, Rachel Lee, Christopher, Berwyn, Devon, Thoufik and Daryl(; YAYYY Thanks guys for coming!!;D So we just played and in the evening, SUDDENLY there was this water gun fight:O Yes. Water gun fight. Thoufik, Teddy, Devon and Berwyn just started shooting each other with the water guns they took from one of the game booths. And soon, they started to shoot me-_____- YES THESE GUYSSS. I WAS SO WET MAN. I somehow joined in too hahahahah. Lucky none of the leaders/SOICs or YPCs caught me or scolded me hahahha. I totally took my revenge and totally shot Thoufik with my water gun man. BOOYEAH. HAHAH. I also fought with Thoufik for the stupid gun. AND YESSS!! Devon started shooting thoufik while we were fighting over that one water gun. THANKS DEVON hahah. For some reason Teddy also joined in and I was running away from all of them. At the end there was this little girl that wanted to help me so yeah I passed the water gun to her and she chased them hahahahah. Little girl for the win!!!:D I WAS SOOOOOOO WET AFTER THAT MAN-______- Couldn't find tissue either and was so cold. Thank god after a while my shirt dried up and everything was better. Then we had the flashmob thingy hahah just a sudden dance to the NDP songs at playspace. When all of that was over, it was gonna soon be 10 and everybody was to move to the warehouse for the AFTER-PARTYYYYY. But I had to pack up one of the game booths and Thoufik, Berwyn and Devon were also there so they were sooooo kind to just sit there and watch haha. But they waited for me so we could all go to the warehouse together(: Thanks guys!!(: After packing everything, yes we finally could go to the after partyyyyy!!:D AND ABTM CAMEEE WOOOOO~ Took pictures and videos of them but didn't get to meet them or take pictures with them;'(((( JOSHUA TAN;(((((( After their performance all the volunteers had to leave to have the feedback session. Everybody cramped into the teeny weeny room. Then that was the end:( I was soooo sad that our duties ended just then and there. That fast, 2 months went past just like that:( When we finished the feedback session, we got our goodie bags and stuff together with all the hand made presents from our leaders awwwww<3 Thank you guys!!!('; And we had a major photo taking session with 20 Polaroids to take so that everyone of us could bring one back. THANK YOU CHANEL<3<3<3<3 She even bought the avengers design one<3 aww('; AND THEN, THE CAMWHORING STARTS!!!! Took sooo many pictures after that and I also brought my own film so that I could take the solo shots with my AWESOME NDC3 RALTS<3 LOVE THEM TO DEATH(: I'll put all the pictures down below<3 WARNING: THERE WILL BE A WHOLE LOAD OF PICTURES. After the photo taking session, Jazreel, Nolgene, Cuiwen and Pearlie came over from the platform for the after-party but sadly they ENDED EARLY WHY MAN WHY. So we just went cray cray sitting on the floor of the warehouse together with Thoufik and Shafeek. While the leaders were cleaning up everything. We just stayed there till about 12++ The day ended really well and I'm really thankful that I had the chance to be a part of such a wonderful event. Overall, I'm superrr bummed that this NDP journey has ended:( I'll never forget all of my wonderful/awesome group members and leaders<3 Although at the start, I was REALLY not happy being deployed to scape's national day celebration but now looking back, I think being at scape was really a blessing in disguise(': And although I was super unhappy with the fact that I changed to another group the second training, if I had a choice, I would still want that switch. I never thought Ralts would bond so well after that and all of us just became one family. Having Chanel as the forever loving mum<3 I wish I could rewind time and appreciate every minute every second with NDC3 again. I really love this group and I'm so sad right now that it has all ended:( With my girls, Sze Teng, Rebecca and Hui wen(: , the hyper enthusiastic and selfie-obsessed guy Brendyn that would never fail to lift the atmosphere(: , 2 wonderful guys that I came to be wonderful friends with, Wayne and Ken(: and the awesome leaders, Chanel, Willy, Derek and Rong Ying. Not forgetting the awesome SOIC, Meiling<3 LOVE YOU GUYSSS. All of us went from strangers to friends and now family. If I had to go on this journey, I'm glad I went on it with you guys<3(; Chanel don't cry ah:P I get attached too easily and too quickly and I'm totally having withdrawal syndrome right now;'((( I wanna see NDC3 NOWWW:( I'll really really miss my Saturdays spent with them<3<3 Back to Rachel's horrible boring life:( I've always been looking forward to my Saturdays but now:( THE WHATSAPP GROUP IS TOO DEAD MAN:(((((((((((((((((((((( We have to totally meet up soon(': And Chanel, thanks for keeping to your promise('; And a big THANK YOU to the 4 leaders and 1 SOIC who always had to stay up to the wee hours just to make things easier for us, plan stuff for us and also, even make presents for us<3 I'm really gonna miss you guys<3 (starting to have tears in my eyes:'((( ) GOSH I'M TOO SENTIMENTAL. I just really want to replay yesterday all over again and just live in every moment. And leaders, sorry for being such an annoying volunteer and such a troublesome one at that. Will really miss the times spent with you guys!!!<3 (couldn't hold in the tears anymore and starts crying:''''( ) Really hope to meet all of you again!!!! LOVE YOU NDC3 RALTS FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!<3<3<3<3<3<3 So guys I think that wraps up everything. I'm sorry it's such a long post. For what happened today please stay tuned tomorrow! And I'm also sorry that towards the end it became so sentimental and so personal. Not leaving out the fact that i was bawling while typing that:'( Okay maybe even now I am but yeah.
